i'm worried!!! I still do not have my noa1!!!!

we sent our i130 last March 7.

the uscis received the petition last march 13.

payment was deducted last march 16.

BUT still no NOA1.

I was able to check my online status due to some help with friends from here.

All I've seen there was received I130 on March 13. And that it went to CSC.

Question: What do I need the NOA1 for?

Would I need it to get my NOA2? Do i have to file anything to get my NOA2?

I'm confused. Everybody who file at the same week as I did got their NOA1 already. Could it have gotten lost or something?

We never received ours and were told they would send us a letter confirming our case# and receipt of our application but they would NOT issue another NOA1. If you have your case# and can access your status online don't worry about it. It's the NOA2 you want! Good luck!

Print the copy off the internet that you see when you check you case status on line with USCIS. It shows USCIS received your 1st petition, that should work. and xplain you never got hard copy in the mail. BUt dont go for K3 visa. The one you appoed for already is the BEST visa.

You will be fine Dumpling, dont worry so much!!! Just print off website if you really want it. Its the same thing they mailed you. What counts is USCIS has you in thrie system!! Have a wonderful day and be happy!!!
