Agreed. Stay out of Mexico and any other countries until you get your green card. Also check to see if you need a visa after receiving the green card (I am not sure if Mex recognizes green cards).

Of course you both can but without advance parole, she can't come back into the USA.

Why would you go into a dangerous area like baja mexico or tijuana???

Don't Do It!

There are so many wonderful places to visit in the USA! DOnt let others minimize to you the danger south of the border. Itz your life, not theirs.

Technically, NO. Your fiancee has entered the USA on a K-1 visa now cancelled and replaced by an I-94. Baja California is in Mexico. She cannot leave the country until she has her green card or AP and the AP is not an entry visa to Mexico though they may let her enter under a VWP if they have one with France, I do not know. But she would have difficulty (or impossible) to re-enter the USA. Get married, file your AOS and when she has her green card she can go to Baja all she wants. I know, sucks. I live 6 miles from Canada, an hour from Montreal and my wife had to wait until her green card to go to Canada. Now she goes all she wants.

But, hey, that's the deal
