Please before anyone refers me to the sample or the guides I have read them all.

I have seen conflicting info.

I have read to put N/A or None for every single thing while others say it doesn't matter. Which is it?

For #22

When do intend to arrive in USA some say put a date while others leave blank. i was told someone got sent to the end of the line for having it blank. How are we supposed to know?

#36

Has anyone ever filed for you?

Some say put "Yes" (fiance has) and some say put "No"

Which is it?

Thank you and sorry for the confusion

i leave the #22 blank when i had my med exam but slec forced me to answer it heheh... so i put the "tentative date (make a date)" which what they wanted... so during my interview, i finally wrote the tentative date for my departure even if we still dont know the real date yet...

and for the #36. i wrote NO because some said its pertaining to someone else other than your fiance. so i think the question, means: prior to this petition, has anyone ever filed for you... that was my understanding anyways. i could be wrong but i passed... hope someone could help you out too...

edit to add: GOOD LUCK AND GOD BLESS!!!

How are we supposed to know? -Don't leave anything blank when you fill out forms.I actually put a date in mine but the date should not be too close from your interview/medical.My medical/interview was July, I put September on the Form.

#36

Has anyone ever filed for you?

Some say put "Yes" (fiance has) and some say put "No"

Which is it?-If somebody had already filed a petition for you before its 'yes' if none then put 'none' or no.

Thank you and sorry for the confusion

Good luck.

The answer to 36 is no, unless this is your second, third, fourth visa attempt. Many filers are confused by this question.

The question should read, "Has anymore ever filed for you previously?"

Naturalization

3/23/14 - N400 package sent to Phoenix

3/27/14 - N400 package delivered

4/3/14 - NOA1 receipt date

4/4/14 - check cashed

04/29/14 - biometrics date

07/01/14 - interview date

xx/xx/xx - Oath Ceremony

> I put 'None' if the answer to the specific question is None and answered 'N/A' to the follow-up questions.

> # 22 -I put the specific date (2 weeks after my interview)

> #36 - I answered 'No'
