Hi may,

Just to add:- Health Insurance

-Lease of apartment/Mortgage

Hope you have a speedy approval.Good luck!

i know. whats weird though is that we changed our insurance policy. before it was named both to me and my husband... we're paying $600/month... so it was too much for us we decided to have it on his name and me under to him. im not sure if we still have that policy but what we have are the bills every month that's only addressing to his name alone :( ... as for the mortgage, as we purchase our new home, i wasnt allowed to be on the list coz i dont have a GC that time... so that was out...

Hi may,

Just make a cover letter and explain why your name is not on your mortgage. As for the health insurance, if you still have your Cards, old bills/Policy you can also submit those. Doctor's prescriptions, magazine sunscriptions, junkmails etc.Anything showing both your names and your address submit those.Evidence should cover the time that you had your Conditional status up to the present but don't overkill, let's say for bank account statements,2 statements each year, utility bills same, 2-3 statements each year. You mentioned that you purchased a new home and you have moved to your new address? Have you filed AR-11 and your husband's I-865?

I disagree. My wife's name is not on our house because its co-owned with my sister (in case of death she can dispose my house and vise-versa (I am co-owner of her house)). I never submitted any such statements - as we had enough proof of co-mingled lives - a mortgage is part of that proof - your bank, credit card, utility bills, insurance are more than enough proof of this. Many of us have not included mortgage/lease as proof, nor have explained this, you only need to do this, if you lack other proof. Good Luck

But a co-worker of my wife, Debbie was rejected for the same reason so explain that? Her USC husband got a letter from his bank explaining to add Debbie to his quit claim deed had the policy to refinance with additional closing cost. So Debbie did bring that in on her interview, and interview for a I-751! They considered that for her evidence, they did sent everything else as mentioned above.

It all depends upon who approves your form, don't know if one or many IO do that or if just one that has both good and bad days.

If God wills that you stay in the USA, "knowing ill be sending my I-751 mid of april (God willing)", you will sent in your I-751 exactly 90 days before your green card expires.

Well, the thing is when it comes to I-751 the more evidence you can gather, the better to avoid possible RFE later. Some people here did received RFE for lacking that documenti i.e. joint lease of apartment or joint mortgage and had to resubmit papers again which is absolutely a pain in the a$$.I congratulate you then for being so lucky that you did not experience any problem.:hehe:
