Hello all,

We already sent our I-130 petition for my 2 kids. MY USC husband being the stepfather of my kids is the petitioner.I am not sure if i did the right thing. My questions are:

1 Do i have to include all the evidence of our bonafide marriage like joint bills, account, tax returns, lease, etc, etc during the initial submission of the I 130 application? or do we need to wait for the approval and the papers are forwarded at NVC first before we will send all these documents?

2. I did not send any proof but just the marriage certificate and some pictures as what was stated in the form's instructions.. Am i right?

Now am really worried..any body can give me any ideas on this?It would be a big help. Thanks in advance.
