Problemas con Registro de Nacimiento y Matrimonio - Colombia

La esposa de mi hermano esta en el proceso de pedir a su mamá con un CR1 y acabo de recibir un carta diciendo que el registro de nacimiento y de matrimonio de la mamá tiene que ser el original.

Me parece raro ya que yo no tuve ningún problema con el registro de matrimonio y registro de nacimiento para mi esposa.

Alguien a tenido este problema con el registro de matrimonio y nacimiento de Colombia?

Me imagino que los que están pidiendo los documentos originales son los del Centro Nacional de Visas, si es así entonces están en lo cierto. Según la página de internet del Departamento de Estado:

Original Document Requirements

The applicant and each family member who will accompany the applicant to the United States will need to submit original documents or certified copies of the documents listed in this section from an appropriate authority (the issuing entity).

No hay de otra.

Eso mismo fué lo que yo mande para los papeles de mi esposo y no me pusieron problema. Es más, no deben poner problema porque en Colombia nunca dan los registros originales sino copias autenticadas. Es mejor que llamen al CNV para aclarar las cosas.
