poor Sara has been waiting so long and yet has always remained calm. if i were in her place, i would already be ranting and venting but sara has remained cool and strong even though she must be feeling frustrated inside. she has been a constant support to so many of us here. i hope and pray she gets an approval soon. we are all here for you Sara!

i am saras sister she is the most wonderful woman anyone could ever have the honor of getting to know. she is strong willed and when she loves it is for life. so it makes me so so angry that she is not and it seems can not be with the man she loves. she has saved her self for this man and she loves him with all she is in her heart her mind and her soul. i have seen my little sister cry over this situation out of frustration and get angry out of frustration. i know there is something we can all do to help her her fiance here there has to be. these to belong together if there ever was any two people men to be together it is these two.

i know that this imagration thing takes time and stuff but this is way way to long it is torture on them both. why can we not all pull together and do something anything to get him here so they can marry and live a happy life she deserves it more then any person on earth i know. never in my life have i seen two ppl love each other as they do and i have been married for 14yrs now. i would love for my little sister to have her dream come true so she can marry the man of her dreams they both deserve it. so if there is a way we can petition to get him here or do something to contact the white house or something we all need to pull together and do this. my little sister is incredible if u know her personally then you know what i am saying and if u dont now her personally---wow---you need to. to our government she is just a girl wanting her fiance here and that is that but to anyone that has been through this it is much much more then that. you life is on hold waiting for the person you love. all you think about is a way to get that person here so you can start your life with them. she has been waiting patiently for so long and honestly if it were me because i am not as strong as my little sister i would have given up along time ago. but she is strong but getting weaker by the month so lets all do something to help sara so she can be happy in life she deserves it as does any one in love and in life lets all pull together and do this.

I dont know how much advice I can offer but Sara I do hope that there will be some light shed on your case.

I cant imagine how frustrating this all is.

I will offer my prayers and positive thoughts to you and your SO.

I would say if you have exhaused all obvious options, what else can you do? I just feel that all of us are just at the mercy of NVC, USCIS and the consulates. It is just a completely exhausting black hole.

I wanted to add that it was sweet of your sister to post in regards to feelings about you, Sara.

I know exactly how you feel too, waiting and waiting and finally one day, when I really was at the bottom, we really lost hope and were helpless.

I posted here and was crying out....after that we got our call.

If there is anything we can do, I would love to help. I just know how painful, stressful and depressing this all is...keep your chin up girl!

Poor Sara is stuck in limbo with the USCIS. She & her fiance have been waiting well over 12 months & it's so unfair that everyone else is moving on with their petitions while she doesn't even have her NA02 yet.

She's tried the lawyers, senators, congressmen, the media & nothing works.

She's always been so supportive of other members so maybe we should try to help her.

Can us VJ members help her? Can we get a petition together (a real one not a virtual one) & send it to someone who will listen...like the Whitehouse???

Any advice from senior members on the subject? Kim & Russ maybe or Captain Ewok?

I think this is an excellent idea. I'm sure every person on this site would be willing to help. If we do an actual petition, don't we need real signatures though? Or is there a way to do this online?

I'm not sure, that's why I posted the thread. Anyone who knows what to do or any advice would be great.

The poor girl is at her wits end!

oh god - hope mine don't take that long - we been waiting since 02 nov 08 and still nothing yet.....not fair how some get approval within weeks and even days.....

waiting waiting and waiting!!!!!

Bo and I are in for sure :)

Sara has left so many hopeful and kind messages to all of us who thought WE were at our wits end, and she still holds on and stays strong...If someone wants to know what true love looks like, you can point them to Sara and Perviz :)

No one so sweet and caring to others deserves this limbo they have put you in. I think USCIS have screwed up and are scared to admit mistakes and we need to hold them accountable for their actions!
