I'm scheduled for the bio appointment on May 26. I will be out of the country the whole month of August. From the timeline I observe from here & the March filers, I could be scheduled for the interview anywhere between 45 days and 3 months from May 26. Since they have given me an option of a walk-in bio anytime till August 18, I'm thinking of delaying my bio till the mid of July so that I can be certain that my interview date will be only after I return from my trip. I have been advised not to re-schedule my interview date by some friends. What do you think ?? :wacko:

It doesn't seem like the biometrics has anything to do with the interview schedule. Some applicants get interviewed while the results are pending. I suggest not to delay the biometrics.

If you cannot postpone your trip, have someone check your mail. If your interview date falls within your trip, I guess you have no choice but reschedule.

And finally the last biometrics appointment can be filled in! Just have to brave Atlanta rush hour traffic to be there at 9 am - probably have to allow 2 hours travel time to make it instead of just 45 minutes.
