I'm wating for my NOA too, but I don't know why is taking that long.. maybe they lost my papers.. :crying: well still wating.

Oh, I hope not! :angry: Did you use certified and/or return receipt mail? :blush: I guess they haven't cashed your check yet? :unsure:

Yeah no ####### hahahaha I keep checking my mailbox for biometrics notice every single day, nothing so far, should be

soon though for us April 20th filers, been 3 weeks already :)

I am doing the same with my interview letter which I am hoping will come in soon! I do see a varying amount of time though for the arrival of that letter depending on where people live, unfortunately not too many applicants from San Francisco for me to compare the timeline to!

yes I send everything for express mail and was received april 21, the check was cached last friday but still waiting for my NOA :wacko:

I think it took about a week from when my check was cashed until I received the NOA, you should be getting it this week or at the beginning of next week at the latest! Good luck!

Anci78, did your case status online changed before u received the bio appointment? What about after the bio apts? What does your case status say now? Thanks, I wish u get your interview letter soon :)

They have not updated my online status since they received my application, and I have already done biometrics and am waiting for interview appt, still same status.

Current Status: Case received and pending.

On March 30, 2009, we received this N400 APPLICATION FOR NATURALIZATION, and mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow any instructions on this notice. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. If you move while this case is pending, call customer service. We process cases in the order we receive them. You can use our processing dates to estimate when yours will be done. This case is at our NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER location. Follow the link below to check processing dates. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

You can choose to receive automatic case status updates, which will be sent via email. Please click here to create an account online.

Nothing has ever been updated,I find it ironic, I actually signed up for the automatic case status update per e-mail, what a joke, I don't think I will ever receive anything! Maybe something will change after the interview???!! Personally I think it will change at the very end and say approved or something!

The mail was a freakin' HOUR late today but it was sooooo worth it! Guess what was waiting for me? Bio appointment!!! Yay!! :dance::dance::dance: Oh yea, the online case status thing still says the same thing since 04/30, I think it's junk. It also says my I-90 is still pending and I got that done last year!

1. Please make sure you are using Rich Text Editor as your message setting.

2. Click 'Reply' on the most recent/updated posting version of this list (**not a quoted response, pls**).

3. Remove quotes (top and bottom) around the list.
