After 2 weeks of wondering why my check wasnt encashed, I got a notice of rejection today which says something about part 2 of n-400 about eligibility. I guess I filed 3 days early before the allowed filing date. So I resent the application today and will get there tomorrow. So I guess ya'll have to delete me from the april group, and I will just join in the May filers. Hopefully this time I made the cut.

I haven't recieved a notice for Biometrics yet. Will that come soon? It's says on the USCIS website that in St. Paul the timeline for Citizenship is 5 months, does this include time est. include the OATH TAKING?

I am in the similar situation. I am from Austin, Texas. My N400 was filed in 4/6/2009 with San Antonio office. A receipt notice was received on 4/20/2009. My priority date is 4/8/2009. So far, I have not received any finger print notice. I am also sure that INS does not have mine finger print on file. Since most people get their finger print done within a month from the priority date, I am Just curious about what is ging on?

About how much advance notice do they give you for bio appt? 2 wks?

It seems to vary quite a bit by local office. In my husband's case, the notice arrived a week and a half before the appointment (got the notice this past Monday, for appointment next Thursday). But I've seen others who had 3 weeks notice.

I actually did an I-90 last year with a bio appt in Dec. We shall see if I have to do them again (I assume I do but who knows, really?) :star:

i guess you need to do them again.. i had my fingerprints done august 2008 for removal condition. and had done again april 2009
