I-134/Bank Letter

Hi! I am currently gathering all the info my fiance will need for his interview, because we got our NOA2 about a week and 1/2 ago. For the I-134, I will be using a co-sponsor, as I just graduated from college and am presently looking for a job. However, I still need to fill out an I-134 for myself anyway, correct? If I submit W2s, and 1040s for myself as well as my co-sponsor, do I still need to get a letter from my bank for either myself or the co-sponsor. I went to the bank today with the intention of getting the letter for myself, but it seemed to require a lot of work on the bank's end. I don't want to inconvenience them unless necessary. Please let me know!

You will need to fill out an I-134 because you are the primary sponsor, Because you have a co-sponsor, you will not need any statements from the bank. If your co-sponsor makes over the poverty guideline then just get the following from the co-sponsor.

I-134

2008 Income Tax Return

2008 W2

3 prior years of tax return transcripts (call IRS or visit IRS website for the form)

Letter from employor (if possible because some company don't give these out, if not then the recent pay stubs will suffice)

recent pay stubs
