MY fiance and i are wanting to apply for the fiance visa to bring myself to the USA,but today i get home from work and i have been offered a job in the states. What is best to go for ,the fiance visa or the work visa, and if i go with the work visa is it still possible to get married further down the line or will it be visa fraud. If i go with the work visa the company want me to start in June not sure how possible this is,I am new to all this even though we have been a couple for 3 years we are only now discussing options to live together.

A fiancee visa wont allow work upon entry, you would need to apply for an EAD with adjustment of status after marriage to be able to work, and will need to wait up to 90 days to get EAD.

If your priority is to be able to work, then a work visa may be what you need to apply for.

Some work visas have dual intent, they allow immigrations. What work visa are you talking about?

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
