ugh. I just had 4 of my co-workers walk past my office, do a double take, and ask me if I'm all right. I haven't been able to sleep or eat much the past few weeks, and I guess it's starting to show. Oops. Guess it's time to start taking care of myself of Lamine's not going to recognize me when we finally see one another again.

NVC doesn't have my file yet, I'm not giving up hope for today yet however. I'm going to call back right before they close tonight that way it will save me tomorrow mornings call. According to VJ their processing files with an approved date of July 19th so I'm hoping that mine will get done sometime today.

The number should be 603-334-0700. I have heard that you need to talk to a live person to find out because they don't store K-1 visa info on their phone system. Good luck to all!

So, being the obsessive freak that I am, I just checked Igor's list (cause it gets updated every hour ) and a couple who sent their package the same day, had it received the same day, and received their NOA1 the same day just got approved! Please god, let my paperwork be right next to theirs and let me find an NOA2 in the mail when I get home. Congratulations to everyone again.

With the amount of money I spend on my phone bill I wish Long distance was disabled! Only kidding!

I got through to them in the end. They dont have any sign of our case yet. Guess I will call again tomorrow and the next day....and.... etc

Just wondering... why are people calling the NVC? I'm calling to make sure Ian's address was updated so his packet 3 goes to the right address.

They do still send letters indicating when your paperwork is received by them and forwarded on, right?

For me, it's to find out when and if they receive our case and wish the process will go faster...

Yes the USC will get a letter from NVC stating that its been received and forwarded on such and such date, and that address that packet 3 will be sent to from the consulate, and will have the consulate case #. If you get the case # by calling then the beneficiary can book their medical depending on the clinic requirements in London.
