Good morning!

I've decided that today is going to be a good day :D

I didn't get any sleep last night, but it was fine. Lamine's entire family called me every half hour between 1:30 a.m. and 4:30 a.m--each person formally inviting me to his sister's wedding. No matter how many times Lamine explains the time difference to them, when they get excited about something, they have to call me first thing in the morning--their time. I love it, though :)

Hope you all are well. Neil--good luck sending off all the papers and setting up the interview!

Lisa-have you heard if your case is at NVC yet?

Again, that is Igor's list I was quoting. Nothing to do with me personally. Nip it in the bud please.
Oh I'm just picking on you man... just don't want to awake youknowwho hahaha

You get any word on your money yet? Are you just going to wait to see your girls?

The only word I have on the money is that it is supposed to be here by the 15th (like it was supposed to be last month). If I don't get it there will be a court date. If I do get it then I will be in China within 7 days. One good aspect of having to wait a month to go is that the airline tickets are much cheaper at the end of August and September when I return.

Not yet, but I have gotten my affidavit of support done. I had to actually make a form for Bank of the West, because they have not heard of immigration here, evidently. :) I may check tomorrow. We got a touch the day after approval, and we assume that was our petition leaving the building.

Lamine's family is sweet. :)

 <--- imagine that, but without the smiling. That reiterates the fact that the fun's pretty much been taken out of this thread for me, so I won't be posting much here any more, other than to let you know when I get my NOA2... but I will still be reading it to see how people are doing that I want to stay in touch with. speaking of which:

Second case touch just appeared on USCIS today!

Ours got approved a couple days after the case touch. I hope that's it! :)

You people are next. Remember that. After you get NOA2, you will have to find some random website to stare at, instead of the USCIS website.

Random things to do in your spare time... go talk to your bank about the bank officer letter, otherwise sometimes known as a "letter of good faith" or "HUH?", as Bank of the West knows it. :D

Neil... how did your bank handle that request?
