I am already starting to worry that my check has not been cashed yet considering my I-129F was sent nearly 10 days ago...

Has anyone else had their check cashed and/or received a NOA1 who filed around the same time as me?

We just phoned the bank today to see if our money order has been cashed and it turns out that it hasnt, I think there being a bit slow. Perhaps there trying to speed the process up by dealing with new forms in a diffrent way? It could be why people are getting NOA2 so quickly! Lets wait and see. ;)

We sent in our packet to VSC this past Saturday.

01/08/2010 - Applied for SSN in maiden name.

01/09/2010 - Married! Officially a Missis.

01/19/2010 - Received SSN in mail.

02/10/2010 - Sent I-485/I-131/I-765 to Chicago.

02/19/2010 - NOA dates for all applications.

02/22/2010 - Received NOAs in mail.

02/23/2010 - Applied for SSN for married name.

03/04/2010 - Applied for Florida DL in married name.

03/09/2010 - Biometrics appointment.

04/18/2010 - AP received.

04/23/2010 - EAD approved.

04/27/2010 - AOS Interview at Orlando USCIS (decision pending).

04/28/2010 - Card production ordered!

05/03/2010 - EAD received.

05/03/2010 - Welcome letter received.

05/28/2010 - Green Card received in mail.

01/26/2012 - Mailed RoC packet to VSC.

01/30/2012 - NOA date on application.

02/01/2012 - Cheque cashed.

02/05/2012 - Received NOA in mail.

02/10/2012 - Touch.

02/24/2012 - ASC Appointment Notice dated.

02/27/2012 - ASC Appointment Notice received.

03/23/2012 - Biometrics appointment.

09/20/2012 - Touch. Card Production ordered!

09/21/2012 - Touch.

09/24/2012 - Touch. Card mailed.

I learned this evening that FedEx/Kinkos doesn't ship to P.O. Boxes!! :crying:

I will be sending my packet off in the morning at the Post Office...

06/01/2009 - Updated address online... really hated to do this but moved to a new house

06/04/2009 - Date on address change letter

06/05/2009 - Last updated

07/23/2009 - NOA2

07/28/2009 - NOA2 in mail

08/10/2009 - Left NVC for Kyiv (Never got anything in the mail - told via phone call)

08/25/2009 - Called call center and scheduled interview for September 3rd.

08/29/2009 - Find letter from NVC was sent to the address on the application not the new one.

09/03/2009 - Interview day results - she needs a UK police report - never stayed there for 6 months but with combined trips was over 10 months.

09/16/2009 - turned in UK Police Certificate

09/18/2009 - Picked up visa and sealed env. from Fedex office after 1800.

09/19.2009 - We are together in Minnesota - 5 months and a couple days later

Same here... Nothing yet, But I do know that it was signed for. Hopefully they get started on our stuff soon, so I can wait in peace. haha.

But today wasn't all bad, passed a huge test. Also found out I can escape for a week in May to see my girl. Hope everyone else had a decent day!

Did you get a tracking number for your USPS package? I did not even bother with a return reciept, because anything sent via express, has to be signed for (unless you decline a signature.) It has a tracking number assigned to it, and you can check it on the web...

I am sure they recieved it, they are most likely sitting on it, just like mine... I really hope to see some action tomorrow though.

21st day in the month and only 25 submitted so far this month.

I realize folks can enter them later but given we are two thirds of the way through the month... kind of interesting.

Maybe it is a slower month and will help later.

You'll see folks adding their data later. It can be frustrating at first if you're checking Igor's list and see your number moving the wrong way, and see your estimated date moving father away. It'll take several weeks for it to really start giving good data. But considering these people are in the USCIS system, just not in VJ, you're not really falling back. It's just giving a more accurate picture of who is ahead of you. Hope things start moving for you soon!

03/24/09 - Check cleared

03/25/09 - Touched

8/12/09 - Touched (4 hours before NOA2 email)

8/12/09 - NOA2 email received

***Received email at noon (Weds)

***USCIS site did update with the status

***Was 113 on Berkeley list; 156 on VJ list
