We are still stuck at the interview stage, waiting for the court case to finish. Believe it or not, the Consulate is WAITING FOR US!! "Thank you for your email. We can postpone your fiancee's visa interview and application again per your request. When she is ready to move forward and attend the interview, please notify us 2 months in advance for interview scheduling. If you intend to postpone further, please contact us each year to keep her case active." Unbelievable. We hope to have the interview this summer.

Email today from USA government in Guangzhou: "Your petition will be automatically extended as long as you contact us each year." It is just a matter of time.

We're still waiting for Nigel's biometrics appointment, hopefully by the end of the month! Otherwise nice and normal over here, he's still antsy cause of not working but we're getting over it...lol...

Well we got our biometrics appointment letter yesterday...so thats good! March 9th is the date!

RFE for what if I may ask???????? :-)

My doctor desided because he didnt' do an 'examination' as such that he didn't have to sign page 6 on the vaccination sheet & didnt bother telling me. its all sorted now, but i'm sure its put us back a couple of weeks.

I know just how Nigel is feeling, I'm going crazy not working & I feel like i'm not pitching in. I have to keep myself as busy as possible not to go crazy. & the longer i'm out of work the more scared i'm getting about getting a job. eeekkkk

Just plugging along over here...Nigel's putting in somewhat of a garden and so we're just fixing up the yard a bit...so he's busy....found a few nice British sorta pubs here that i've never seen before even after like 15 years in this town! So we're having fun, anxious to get biometrics done so we can get his permit slowly after I suppose. So all is well over here!

I'm pretty good here too... Riggs got his SSN, saved up enough for completing the AOS packet... now I'm just researching what to do for that... but things are good here... just working alot while he's at home.... I'll go check out the AOS thread now...
