Woohoo!!!!!!!!!!!!! Congrats you guys!!

Finally got the oppertunity to get on the computer and poke about on here, almost forgot where I bookmarked it! All's well over here with Nigel and his dad and got the MMR vac done and just sittin' pretty till the wedding Jan 5th in Vegas...! So, we've printed off all our AOS forms and so forth and did the bank account thing with him and so its just relaxin till its time to head west to the chapel....the family's all exited as well to get out of the Canadian cold too....so far we have 12 people coming to the wedding....

Is it easy to talk to them over the phone to ask questions n stuff?

I'm so worried it'll be too hard

What you do is go on their website and do things then you pay online. Done. It even customises your flowers and such.

Do you mean that you were able to add Nigel to your bank account? Our bank wouldn't let us do that till Ian had an SSN. Nebraska is weird that way.

Congrats to everyone. Star and I have decided to drop out of this list. Wish us the best for the future the same as we wish it for you. In my case the family opposing my girls in court are continuing the settlement trying to get everything and I doubt we can get the USA govt. to delay our interview a third time. We foresee a protracted battle ahead and we will keep anyone interested updated in another thread. I'm sure Star will do the same.

Thank you EOTR! I could not have said it better. We all want to wish you a successful journey, and as EOTR said I will update you if I hear anything. But, ever since the 221g its been a battle for me. I am doing everything in my power, and some things are just out of my hand. I am not in India so we have our family friends working to get the religious divorce decree from my ex. I have no control on what is going on there, and they now for sure tell us that it will be ready by next week. My approval expires on 1/31/2010. Yes, that gives me a month right if we send it out next week, and why am I so worried. I have called and emailed the embassy numerous times. I don't get much cooperation from them. I even sent them a letter via UPS asking them to extend the validity, and clarifying the questions they asked my fiance. There is not much more I can do at my end. Still everyday I come up with more and more ideas. My fiance is so frustrated as well and in addition we both have ill parents we are taking care of. So, everything is going in the works just wish I had more confidence. But, there is that tiny glimpse of hope that I am holding on too, and it getting smaller every day. I just want all of you to keep me and EOTR in your prayers and hope that we can reunite with our loved ones soon.

I received my NOA2 on the same day as the first person on this thread. Packet 3 was over 3 months ago and we have rescheduled 2 interviews, most likely #3 very soon. Some stuff happens out of one's control. Given up? No (how anyone could read about our path could think that is beyond me). Out of the scope of this thread? Yes.
