Bad news I got 221g for religious divorce decree now.

Star, so sorry you have to wait longer. At least it will only take a couple of weeks to get that divorce decree -- and you don't need to go to India again for it I hope? Really hope you get the visa very soon!

No I don't need to go to India to get this. As they can get this from the priest in India. It seems like I will get the decree by next week if all goes well. The priest that got me and my ex married was in another city, and will be back in town this Sunday. So, he would be the one that would be issueing the divorce decree as well. Crossing my fingers now.

Omg, i'm so exited, Nigel should be landing in Newark, Nj in 1.5 hours, then go through customs...omg I'm nervous as hell....SOOO looking forward to tonight when I see him.....8:20pm Az time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :dance: :dance:

We filed our AOS paperwork and went by this:

"If the beneficiary's vaccinations were COMPLETED as part of the visa process, IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO INCLUDE FORM I-693 IN THE AOS SUBMISSION. All your medical information is enclosed in the brown envelope which was handed in at the POE. The envelope is then forwarded on to USCIS where it will be consolidated with the I-485 submission, once received. If you received a copy of the Vaccination Documentation Worksheet (Form DS-3025) from your Panel Physician, you may include a copy of that form in your AOS submission in place of Form I-693."

It seems to be a ####### shoot, but we decided to do it anyway, knowing we may get an RFE or we might not.

Its good to see you on the thread again . I hope you have been doing well and enjoying the holiday with your SO. I feel like this divorce decree is deja vu again. One RFE after another, and it seems to be for the similar thing. Who would know they would not a religious one either?

Me here just going absolutely with the running around for all this. The consulate has only hours from 2 -4 pm. So, I am going to set my alarm today so I can stay awake and talk to the liveperson. Since, they put him in AP they have not been responding to any of my emails. But, I am not going to give up on this.
