Allie, congratulations! I'm so happy that you two will be together again soon :)

Starlight-good luck with the interview! Can't wait to hear the good news :)

I'm getting ready to file the AOS paperwork (which I should have done a couple weeks ago). Lamine's I-94 expires the 10th, and they'll receive the paperwork on the 9th, probably. Ugh. Makes me nervous. Wish I would have done it sooner so that I would have gotten the NOA1 before his I-94 expired. I'm hoping that we'll have the NOA1 before Christmas, but I'm not really counting on it with the holidays and everything. We'll see. We're flying to my parents' for Christmas, though, and it just occurred to me that this might not be a good idea if we don't have the NOA1 in hand.....

You dont need to file within the 90 days, you just need to marry within the 90 days and file ASAP.

We're getting ready to file ours, too... Just the G-325A to go. I hate that form. Even though we can pretty much copy from the last, all the work history and residence history shifts to one spot down.

See you (virtually speaking) in Chicago!

Question for you folks--need help on this...on the AOS, the form i-693 has to have a civil surgeon document your vaccinations--I know as a k1 we didnt need to show proof of them at the medical in London(for us) for Nigel, a male over 35 all he needs is tdap and MMR from what this spreadsheet says....plus issue #2 his uk doctor thinks he's stupid for asking about MMR because he isnt a kid--he has proof of the tdap however....not sure if we should twist that doctor's arm or see how much here in Arizona their health dept's MMR'S going to cost and just get it here--plus I suppose we have to find a civil surgeon here in town to document these 2 vaccinations for us on that form?

India is a day ahead so the 7th is today. His interview is at 7:30 am and he is at the embassy right now as I am writing this. Just really nervous about the whole thing. Thank you Allie! I just wish I did not have that sinking bad feeling about it.

No use crying prematurely, I KNOW. You know what the possible outcomes are so take it as it comes. Chances are someone here has been through it too and emerged successfully. Same as you will. Stay calm and keep your eyes on the prize. Whatever happens was meant to be and you cannot avoid it.

moving right along
