Oh well, I checked online today....no notice for me...no touches....aaaaargh.....lol...

I feel like the black sheep now.... We had planned on waiting until August alone to get our NOA 2. Now I do feel like a cheater... Sorry guys, I know seeing me get approved so quickly must suck. I will still be here for morale support if that counts for anything.

Congrats to you both! :) This is the goal... get NOA2 and move on! It's good when things move faster than we anticipate. Good for you!

just thought I would drop a note...

Checked my Case Status online today, and still shows as pending... Guess they do not update the "Status" too often. So I would only look at your last update for a hint of anything to come...

I noticed that if you do the lookup from the front page of USCIS it is not as specific as when you log in and look.

Really? Do you see touches on one and not the other?

Actually yes. When I search from the front page it doesn't show the one touch I had when I changed my address. But it shows that touch when I log in.

Allison.

I count posting here and China Family Visa forums plus checking USCIS as part of staying busy. Yes working and my two sons keep me busy too.

I think the bigger photos are when you put a link to the photo from another website (I search google images to find good ones). The smaller scaled ones I think are the ones you upload from your computer. :)

The longer means the closer right! Barring RFEs.

44 days for me and I am seriously hoping to get NOA2 in late July/early August when I am with my girl in China.

You know that her being from China means she cannot come here at all at this time. I read many others who say they are with their SO's. Sad for us. Good for those that can get tourist visas in this time. So sad that we cannot. :(

Just think with me out of the April box, you may get it one week faster than before  I wish it was easy for us to get our SO's to the states but like China it is hard to get a tourist visa for a thai as well. We tried, and at the interview they just flat out said "No." Wankers... oh well

I just got my NVC notice dated 27 May. States; "This letter is to let you know that within a week the petition will be forwarded to the appropriate visa-issuing post where your visa interview will take place." Then it lists the "INS" (weird) receipt number and the new case number for tracking things at NVC and the BKK embassy.

Good luck everyone!
