Me too :D

Me three! :D

Everybody, just keep progressing! Big hurdles for us were removed this week (after paying the judge and lawyer more money) so maybe we will have a Jan/Feb interview scheduled soon. The moment this court case is finished I will book my flight to China. I have to be back here for business on Dec. 15. If I have to go back there a month afterwards, who cares? This is just a process. :)

When does your NOA2 expire? Did you get it extended?

Yes, they just emailed me when I requested an extension and said to let them know when we could interview.

Thats great that you did that, and hopefully you can get to schedule an interview in January since there is more progress now.

They said:

"We can postpone Ms. XXXXXXXXX's visa application per your request. When she is ready to move forward, please notify us 2 months in advance for interview scheduling. If you intend to postpone further, please contact us at least once each year."

Wow! I am glad that you have that option. They seem very accomodating.

Things are happening next week, eh? So glad to see everyone's progress and upcoming interviews!

One more week of work for me (hey, I actually get to celebrate Ian's birthday WITH him for the first time!) and then I'm off for 8 whole days for Thanksgiving and our wedding on November 29th! Can't wait. :)

Have a good weekend everyone!
