Well I emailed the consulate last week and lo and behold, they replied today that our P4 letter was coming shortly. DOS said they had not even got our P3 yet! I updated my sig.

That is great :) that you heard something about P4. It will be here before you know it.

endoftheroad-congrats!!!!

SS-those pictures are adorable! It's so nice that you guys are getting out so much even though she just got here. Lamine was sick as a dog his first week/week and a half here.

Speaking of sick-I feel awful. I was up all last night curled up in a ball. Lamine, was great, though, and stayed up with me and watched Sex and The City episodes (don't judge me! it's me vice ;) ) from 1:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m. when I finally fell asleep. :)

Hope you're all doing well and that we get some more good news in here soon!

Well this is AWESOME.

Apparently someone who had been waiting about 90 days for an interview in Montreal got their date revoked because they "accidentally" scheduled them. They were told to not expect an interview until January 2010.

They've already been waiting since July.

Me thinks the guy who runs the consulate is getting a few angry letters this week.

Wow! This sounds worse than waiting for NOA2. They would spend more time reading 'angry letters' than just letting that couple have their accidentally scheduled interview.

SS and attaya_girl -- I really enjoyed the pictures you posted :)

Just start writing to that guy who's address was posted.

I don't know if it'll do anything but it might let some anger out.

You called NVC or DOS? I called DOS to find out about the interview, but I suppose they probably use the same system. I just refuse to call NVC about anything. Post-traumatic shock syndrome. :)

Sorry to hear about Canada's embassy being so freaking slow! That's annoying, at best!

It's always something.
