James got a letter in the mail today saying that no response had been received. He called and they confirmed that the P3 we returned was lost. We're going to resubmit it Monday I think; it was originally submitted September 18th.

Never heard of the show "Full House" but LOL that you only know the Beach Boys from it! I'm old and you're young explains it I'm sure. "Don't Worry Baby" is a positive song but the one I chose to put a slide show of my girl's and I last meeting together with is called "Wouldn't it be Nice."

They seem to lose things there. I would definitely resubmit it on Monday! Make sure it's sent with a tracking number. Ian overnighted his, and it got there fine.

I rode on a plane with one of the Beach Boys when I was 2. I was flying with my grandmother. My grandma asked Brian Wilson (not realising who he was) to hold my hand for a minute while she juggled our luggage and he refused. It said it would ruin his image.

I don't blame him. I'm sure paparazzi was all over the place.

I had a nice little breakdown last night, all the stress and anticipation with everything and just life in general...i guess its good to tear up and get it out every so often then your ok for awhile after that....I will call the DOS this week to see if they have a interview for us as well...we sent ours Sept 28th so I think we're next in line!...Soooo jealous Lisa! AARRRGH!

So everyone, how did all of you meet your fiance?

I was dating another woman from Barranquilla when she received her Packet 3 in the mail and she decided to quit talking and emailing me. I thought something violent had happened to her family (as I was in her home during an actual home invasion), so I packed up and traveled to Barranquilla to find out what was wrong. What I found was her Mother and Grandmother sitting alone in an empty house - no furniture, no appliances while the Father was out working and the children were all away. Onelis was called on her cell phone, and later that evening, she broke up with me.

An acquaintance whom I hired to locate Onelis suggested that I meet more single women in Barranquilla, I told her that she was crazy, but she pressed this, and with me having nothing else on the agenda for 7 more days, I decided to get a couple of dates, and so I checked out the women on www.international-introductions.com and after paying the service for some email addresses, it was on.

Leidys was the most intelligent woman with goals, values, and also looks that I thought would make a nice friend - someone that I would always want to correspond with, but nothing more. I was hurt and non-trusting at this point, but she found me to be a gentleman that was reserved and also someone at her level that she could connect with.

Things didn't really become serious until I was hospitalized due to heart palpitations and faintness while at work in September 2008. While unable to move my arms or legs, and w/heart monitors attached all over, I had time to really think about my priorities and make some decisions.

It did take some time to get to know Leidys, and after several months, I felt comfortable with the idea of re-filing one last K-1 for a foreign beneficiary. The CO in Bogotá asked me several questions regarding these decisions, as he examined my I-134 and noticed that this was not my first K-1 visa that I had applied for. Because I requested a waiver to be added to my K-1 Visa application, I was able to re-apply within the 2 year time frame. The CO told me that because I had so much proof of an on-going relationship, that he would APPROVE our petition for a K-1 single-entry visa into the U.S. I told him, "Thank you, Thank you..." and we were on our way.

I don't have much of a story behind how I met my fiance.

I just met him almost 6 years ago on Ragnarok Online, and it's pretty much history from there.

And Bogota looks amazing!

I love that view.

I am completely confused regarding this affidavit of support. My attorney is telling me that shortly they will recieve a letter from NVC that I need to submit my tax returns and letter of employment along with paystubs. I thought I have to send this to my fiance and he brings it to the interview. I am completely lost regarding this. Can anybody shed some light on this? When are these document required before or during the interview? Can he only sent P3 once I send this out? Thanks guys!

Ruin his image? You were only 2 that would have been common courtesy. I understand paparazzi, but jeez that is not nice. But, at least you can say you rode on the plane with them .
