I finally got it!!!! I recieved that wonderful email in the evening yesterday, but did not check my email until this morning. There it was my approval notice.

Hello all .. thanks everyone for the support and congrats ... we appreciate it and we can't wait to congrat the rest of you all as well soon !

Attaya - No we won't be traveling together, I am currently working on some really important projects for work and have not been able to take time off ... I do have a couple days off when she flies to the US ( Hopefully on Oct. 10 ) ... her and I talked and weighed out our options and decided to take a few days off when she is here rather than taking the time off for the interview and flight.

Maverick - Congrats ... finally out of AP ... and it's great Panama is said to be a fast embassy !! Not too much longer than !

Starlight - I am pretty confident that touch is your approval ... from my experience with our RFE I am fairly confident to say it was your approval. You could call and ask to be escalated to find out ... but ... it might not be updated in the system until Monday ... that is what happened to me. I seen the touch on the day we got our approval and called .. and was told it was still in processing, but in reality it was a approval .. but when I called a couple days later I was told we were approved on that date of the last touch. Good luck Star !!! We have you in our prayers !

Ian and Lisa - Are you expecting to hear soon of a interview date? How long is the UK embassy running out right now? I hope soon for you two !

I'm thinking we should have Ian's interview letter within the next week or two. London seems to be moving right along.

Yes it is such a relief. Now I have to get the documents for P3, and inform my fiance what he needs to have ready. I think that is going to be the most difficult part . I am not sure if they have a website, but I heard they can email you the documents you need for P3. I am going to research this and find out about the requirements at the consulate. I just got so excited about the NOA2 that I forgot about everything else .

Thank you all of you for your well wishes . Btw how do I keep track of my petition to see when it reaches NVC.

Yes, I know why we will be last but it still makes me a little sad at times. We are good at waiting but it is frustrating. Nothing I can do about it though.

But, it will be really worth it, and that is the best part. Don't be sad and focus on the happiness you will have when they will be here. I completely understand though, the NOA2 is a sign of relief but I still have ways to go.

Still my girl and I cried together tonight. It is taking it's toll on us............ now almost 18 months apart. We know it is almost at the end but gawd it is so hard.

Thanks to Attaya and others...I haven't been in this forum for awhile as I was hanging out in the NVC AP thread. My file was received at the Embassy this morning!
