Day 40 of AP...and I am OUT! DHL shipping today! Wooo Hoooo

Wow! That was a long time, but the funny thing is that this delay may not delay you much, depending on how speedy your embassy is. Good luck!

Another member here says the Panama Embassy is very fast...his was completed in one month of receipt. God, that was the longest 40 days of my life!

Hello all .. thanks everyone for the support and congrats ... we appreciate it and we can't wait to congrat the rest of you all as well soon !

Attaya - No we won't be traveling together, I am currently working on some really important projects for work and have not been able to take time off ... I do have a couple days off when she flies to the US ( Hopefully on Oct. 10 ) ... her and I talked and weighed out our options and decided to take a few days off when she is here rather than taking the time off for the interview and flight.

Maverick - Congrats ... finally out of AP ... and it's great Panama is said to be a fast embassy !! Not too much longer than !

Starlight - I am pretty confident that touch is your approval ... from my experience with our RFE I am fairly confident to say it was your approval. You could call and ask to be escalated to find out ... but ... it might not be updated in the system until Monday ... that is what happened to me. I seen the touch on the day we got our approval and called .. and was told it was still in processing, but in reality it was a approval .. but when I called a couple days later I was told we were approved on that date of the last touch. Good luck Star !!! We have you in our prayers !

Ian and Lisa - Are you expecting to hear soon of a interview date? How long is the UK embassy running out right now? I hope soon for you two !

Well, at least your P3 has come and gone. That's a big step! Did your embassy take it by fax, or did you have to mail it back?

If it makes you feel any better, I'm at the same stage you are. :D

I had to mail it back.

I'd be scared of them losing my faxes if they still took faxes.

And I thought P3 was easy.

Well, that's also because I didn't have to get everything right away like the photos, police report, etc because I have like 3 months to do so.

I'm with Rhiann. Waiting at least 3 months for an interview. It doesn't really matter that the P3s are come and gone because people will still be complete before us due to the slowtasticness of our embassy. If they start spewing out a bunch of interview dates in the next few weeks I'm going to be happily shocked.

Congrats to those of you successful so far! Hope to see some wedding photos :)

I often text message poems to my girls. I sent this a few minutes ago:

My One True Love

by Norshamrul Mahad @ Ronny

How do I begin to tell you

The love I have for you inside

Please know that these feelings are true

How much I feel for you I cannot hide

You've brought me joy and you've brought me happiness

You've shown me what it's like to love again

Taking away all of my sad and loneliness

With you my baby, my love will always and shall forever remain

Thank you for being a part of me

Thank you for coming into my life

The day will come you soon will see

When I pledge my love to only you and make you my wife

I sent another poem...........

Hey diddle diddle,

The cat and the fiddle,

The cow jumped over the moon;

The little dog laughed to see such sport,

And the dish ran away with the spoon.

-A nursery rhyme from the 1700's
