I have a question for you guys, since you're ahead of my month's approvals.

When's the best time to call NVC during the day?

My fiance's tried like 20 times for the past like 3 hours and he can't get through.

Is there a good time to call and get through?

I'm not sure, cause when I called them I was on the West coast, so 3 hours different than normal, so I was all thrown off time.. lol but I hear the afternoon is good... like around 3-4 pm EST. That always seemed to be around when I called I think, and I usually didn't have a problem.

WE GOT THE VISA!!!!

she has EVERYTHING they require

We just got released from the NVC

So much good news!

I am so happy for you all. Keep this thread alive and post your progress.

My girls are getting their passports today, they have never been outside of China before. It is finally becoming a reality to them, this is going to happen.

Sent more money for their legal hassles. So sad this is happening to them. :( At the same time my ex is being a pain with her own court nonsense. This year has been horrible outside of our visa progress and love. Our dreams will be realized when we are together.

moving right along

I got my interview today! The people here in the Bermuda US consulate are so nice, which was good because i was soooo nervous i would have broken & cried at the slightest anything. It all went very smoothly, I got approved when i walked out of there I didn't know whether to laugh or cry I was so relieved, so i did some kind of mixture of both, lol, i was a mess but sooo happy at the same time. I txted my SO who had been passing the house for the last few hrs, It was 6am for him. he called & we cried & screemed together, now i'm completely exhausted & goin to bed but doubt i'll be able to sleep, man what a roller coaster the last 5 months has been. I can't believe i'll actually be with my man in one month. I"m selling everything & can't wait to hand in my resignation tomorrow!
