Ok maybe I'm getting over my head but I wonder where we find the forms for the 2nd round that we need to send in...the i-134 was easy to find but the others....good luck....do you think they send it to the fiance when they do the nv2?

Allison.

Do you mean after NOA2 (approval of your K1 in the US)? There's info about packets 3 and 4 (and a list of forms and the checklist) here: http://www.visajourney.com/consulates/inde...&cty=London

The CSC website timeline says 6 months, is that the timeframe from receiving the initial 129F until NOA2 approval?

Thats correct, though you can tell by looking at the VJ timelines that it works slightly faster than that. However 6 months is how long you must wait before they will look into your case should you not have received your NOA2 yet.

I never saw this threat. I sent it in on April 6th and received my NOA1 one week later dated on the 9th. Now the wait is starting to take its toll. And yes, I hate the weekends which means no possible news. :) I wish all of you a speedy approval.

Hehe...yes SKYPE is very good...and damn I can relate.....dont like to leave the fiance whatsoever....but damn this forum is helpful and I feel so much better being able to talk to people who actually understand and are going through the same things....it also helped the fiance cause I think he felt a bit lost in this whole process....maybe he thought it would be kind of like a hit or miss situation but looking on here it really is progressive...so nice to actually see statistics and real people dates....

It's funny because we normally look forward to weekends. However, in this case, I think most of us who are waiting agree that we are not looking forward to them, especially Sunday, when there's no mail.

I am considering getting myself a second job on the weekends. Not because really need the extra income ... but more for the fact it will keep myself busy 7 days a week and make this waiting period go by so much faster. The only days that go by fast for me now are the days I work lol ...

Not me... it would consume my unlimited weekend Skype time. That's something to look forward to.

This lack of NOA2's coming out is kind of disheartening ... who thought it was a good idea to place work visas over family visas in terms of precedence .... We were hoping for a 5 month long process but it is looking more like the 6-7 month time frame now .... sorry /end rant

Its only been a month and a half since the start of April, give it more time before you make assumptions like that.
