Case touched on the 05/05/2009, just noticed that!

hello.i just want to ask if how can we know if our case has been touched or not.When i log in my case number is says there the case is pending..

Case touched on the 05/05/2009, just noticed that!

hello.i just want to ask if how can we know if our case has been touched or not.When i log in my case number is says there the case is pending..

If you are logging into your case status online, there will be a "Last Updated" date, if that date has changed then you will know whether your case has been "touched."

Good news: Our cheque was cashed today!

Bad news: My fiance lives in Santa Barbara... yeah... where all the fires are right now... and he's been evacuated... so who knows when we'll actually get the hard copy of the NOA1.... or if it will still be there when he's allowed to go back home :(

As fiancé forgot to ask for received receipt, the cashed check will soothe my nerves a tiny little bit :innocent:

I think I would put the actual NOA1 date of April 22nd. Not 100% sure though
