Damn. Just saw that a Senegal K-3 was put in AP.....

How does one "see" that status?

AOS Phase

January 11, 2010: - Mailed AOS packet (I-485/ I-765/ I-131)

January 13, 2010: - Chicago received AOS packet

January 19, 2010: - Received 3 NOA email

January 20, 2010: - Check cashed[/color]

January 22, 2010: - Received 3 NOA hardcopies in the mail1st touch I-485, I-765 & I-131

February 01, 2010: - Touch - I-765 (EAD)

February 08, 2010: - Touch - I-485

February 08, 2010: - Case moved to CSC

February 13, 2010: - Received Biometrics Appointment Letter (After a long wait!)

February 15, 2010: - Touch - I-485 & received e-mail that case is now pending

March 09, 2010: - Biometrics completed, Touch - I-765 (EAD)

March 10, 2010: - Touch - I-485 & Another Touch - I-765 (EAD)

March 17, 2010: - EAD Card Production, Touch - I-131 (AP) & I-1765 (EAD)

March 19, 2010: - Touch - I-485 & Another Touch - I-765 (EAD)

March 19, 2010: - Received AP in mail

March 25, 2010: - Received EAD in mail

April 02,14,15, and 21 2010: - Touch - I-485

April 21, 2010: - Green Card Production ordered!, Welcome letter/NOA April 24

April 29, 2010: - FINALLY!!!! Received Green Card in hand!

How does one "see" that status?

I didn't really "see" it. I keep track of the Sub-Saharan forum, and I've been following one couple who had their interview yesterday. Just read her post.

Good morning!!!

NVC received my case yesterday evening!!!!! Woot Woot! :dance: I want it to leave NVC now so that I can get over to Senegal and see that boy again! I'm just going to miss our anniversary, but that's ok. Oh my goodness!!!! I can't believe this is really happening. I'm hoping I don't reach the 9 month mark before I get to see him again.

Good morning with good news! 9 months would be a drag, we just hit the 15 month line. Hopefully though I will be leaving for China this month for a month visit.

No more approval for April filers. Looks like it is on hold for some reason but dont know what. any suggestion????

One thing I did realize is that there are a TON of others that are not on VJ, in the system with us. All kinds of different cases. While they report the load as lighter than last year it is hard to tell for VJers what exactly is going on. You will get approved soon though, it is a waiting game.

Yeah! So you know I just had to scoot over to the timelines pages here and with the averages that would place my girl's interview on Thanksgiving! [of course with the holiday that would mean 11/30/09]

Hey that is good news. I just wish CSC would get back on track for us May 09 filers. April was a good month :). Also, it seems like more and more people are joining VJ that I keep going further down on Igor's list.

Yeah, they were so cruel to approve some May people then none at all, from the VJ tracked ones anyway.

It gave me false hope :(

Ceremonial Wedding ~ May 15th, 2010

I sent her the traditional 99 roses. We cried together in happiness (and a little despair).

Yeah, that is unfair. Especially that one July 09 filer that got approved in 16 days without an expedite.
