I'm new to this forum. I tried doing a quick search through, but couldn't find an answer for my specific situation..

We are about to start the filing process, but haven't yet because we wanted to be sure that we had everything that we needed.

Basically, my Fiancee doesn't meet the requirements for sponsorship. We also have no one willing to co-sponsor. She is currently a student and is working part-time. She doesn't have any real assets that would be applicable for the remaining amount. The only thing that I have wondered is, I have a job guaranteed for me as soon as I have get an ead..I wasn't sure if that could apply towards the total income or if there was any other way that we could make things work.

Any help would be really appreciated at this point. I am just really afraid that I'm going to be told that there is no way to make it work.

A great marriage is not when the "perfect couple" comes together.

It is when an imperfect couple learns to enjoy their differences.

Well, if your fiance doesn't meet the minimum income requirements you HAVE to have a cosponsor.

It can be anybody. It doesn't need to be a family member.

You can't count your income for the I-134 that's filed for the K1 visa.

You MAY be able to use your income later on in the US after you marry and adjust status. But we can talk about that later. Right now you need a cosponsor to get your visa.
