Yousuf got packet 3 today ALHAMDULILAH but the very last page is in French!

It has something to do with the medical exam and I think it's just a list of doctors he can use but I just want to be sure... I know some of you ladies here are fluent in french and I would GREATLY appreciate it if you could just translate this for me. Thanks in advance!

Layla

I hope I attached it correctly

Medical Examination

All foreigners wishing to move to the United States as an Immigrant, and in certain cases non-immigrants, must submit a medical exam to determine eligibility for a visa.

Each applicant for an immigrant visa, regardless of age, must pass a general medical exam. Please present yourself to one of the doctors listed below to set up an appointment:

#1 and #2 are addresses and phone numbers... obviously.. shouldn't be translated because that's the real addresses he will need to schedule a medical..

All applicants over the age of 15 must have a chest x-ray and a blood analysis. One of the doctors mentioned below can direct you. For a chest x-ray:

#1 and #2 are doctors that can do the chest x-ray.

For blood analysis

#1 and #2 and #3 thos are locations of where he can get his blood tests.

All the above, including all the fees should not exceed approximately 90 Dinars (Tunisian)

You must provide as a minimum, a valid passport with an identifying photo and you must present it to each above mentioned doctor, or as well as the Pasteur Institute.
