Really? Man... that knocks some wind out of my sails! So much for being American's Hat and all! ;)

Oh well, I figure I've waited this long I can wait some more I just would like a little touch...

And yes, yes, I know... patience -- some days it comes and some days I just can't bring myself to be patient. I just want to start my life and get going with Mr. LGG.

NOA #2: Approval June 25th, 2009 - 92 days

NVC

July 8, 2009 to August 10, 2009 - 28 days

Interview Assigned - December 3, 2009 - FINALLY!!

Medical - December 14, 2009 - Passed

Embassy/Interview - January 26, 2010 Montreal, Quebec Canada - 167 days PASSED!!!

Port of Entry - February 26, 2010 Baltimore International, Maryland

USCIS -- ROC package sent off

November 26, 2011 to Vermont station November 30, 2011 received NOA1December 16, 2011 received biometrics appointment.

January 04, 2012 Biometrics

September 2, 2012, RFE Received.

September 22, 2012 RFE responded to

October 15, 2012 ROC approved, 10 Green card on its way.

Got our first NOA dated for the 23 of March... and so far... nothing!

Not one little touch.

Do you think that they're using our files to prop up a bag of corn chips or something?

Should I be worried? I just read someone who got approved 20 days after NOA and we don't even have a touch...

So... just asking.

Nope, I would not worry about it at all! You have the NOA 1. Now you have to wait for them to approve it. Some people never get any touches.

2008-07-26 : I-130 Sent

2009-04-02 : Interview at Embassy in Lima, Peru Approved

2009-04-08 : POE Atlanta (256 days from sending I-130)

USCIS *Removal of Conditions*

2011-02-28 : Mailed I-751

2011-03-02 : USPS Delivery Confirmation

2011-03-10 : Check Cashed

2011-03-11 : Touched

2011-03-25 : USCIS confirmed they did not mail NOA 1, given case number

2011-04-05 : Infopass appointment passport stamped with I-551

2011-04-19 : Walk in Biometrics completed (2 weeks early)

2011-05-03 : Biometrics appointment (3 year anniversary)

2011-08-25 : Approved

2011-08-31 : Card in hand (184 days after sending I-751)
