Hey,

we are planing on taking a vacation in Mexico and i do have to fly from Germany over USA.

Do u think i will get in trouble at immigration????

As long as it is all legal , your going to Mexico not USA. So U.S.C.I.S. should not have a probelm with that while petition is processing.

Make sure you keep evidence of your vacation together, and take photos. proof of a on going marriage at the interview. Have fun!

Just make sure as" I was trying to say", proceed to your Mexico flight as usual in USA. Keep all your docs as usual.
