Hi all,

My plans just totally changed and it looks as if I'll be moving to NYC in August or September. I'm assuming that my K1 will still be in limbo then.

Should I tell anyone of my address change? Will they transfer the petition to Vermont? Anyone know?

I don't want to wait any longer than I have to (as I'm sure everyone will agree)

I believe you have to file an AR-11, check the USCIS website to be sure.

2005

Sept 10 I-129F sent to TSC

2006

Interview - February 13th APPROVED! day 152

April 6 - wedding date day 204

Aug 22 - AOS interview date day 101-total days 342

Sept 29 - green card arrives, done until June 2008 day 140-total days 381

2008

June 30 - I-751 mailed total days 1025

2009

March 9 - Removal of Conditions approved! total days 1277

Eeek, it does look like that isn't a standard form for all. :blush:

I'm sure someone will help you shortly. It seems like you don't want them to know that your address has changed?, you might want to post a bit about that, whether it's your parents house or you have a reliable mailing address that you used on your petition and you don't want to mess things up.

Hey, all I know is that you have to inform them. Why don't you try calling USCIS just to be sure how to do such and if they're gonna move your petition to Vermont?
