Now should I not enter anything on line 21c since I have already counted my wife in 21a. 21c is saying enter 1 if married but I have already cojnted my wife in so what do I do. Am I right or not. Please advise and thanks

alos, what do I put as my job, since I am student and don't work? Unemployed?

21c is 0 or blank. Not sure what you should do about the job. Maybe put student.

(I'm going for the IR-1 and blowing off the K-3. Even if it takes an extra couple months, it's worth it to not have to deal with USCIS again)

Note:

Please fill out I-130, wait 6 months for approval, then 3 more months for an interview. (Unless of course we've bombed your country into the stone age, then you qualify for expedited processing.)

Welcome to the USA!!!

thanks man for the help. I am thinking about putting a student in the employment line because I am actually not unemployed as I am going to school. This is kind of a gray area.
