I'm worried :( My fiance sent the I-129F package last March 23, 2009 and until now, we haven`t received the NOA1.

How long do we have to wait?

2010-12-30------------Sent I-485, I-765, & I-131

2011-01-10------------Received NOA1 for AOS, EAD, & AP

2011-01-18------------Biometrics letter received

2011-02-07------------Case transferred to CSC

2011-02-10------------Biometrics in Detroit

2011-02-28------------Permanent Resident Card Production Ordered

2011-03-07------------Green Card and Welcome Letter received

I'm not sure what service center you sent it to, or where you sent it from, but from Indiana to CSC (i sent it overnight express) until I got NOA1, it was 9 days I think. But if your fiance sent it regular mail, it will be longer, and I think 9 days for all of that is actually really fast. Did your fiance get delievery confirmation, or a tracking number? To make sure that it made it to CSC, and when...

Oh wow, that was only a week ago. I didnt hear anything about mine for about 3 weeks, they approved it in 2 weeks after they received it and i found out in 3 weeks. (i sent mine july 9, they got it july 10, i live right next to csc, n it still took them awhile). then got approved july 23 and i didnt hear from them til about a week after that. your good, its coming! dont worry!

He sent it from Ohio to California.

I just talked to him now, and he said they cashed the check, cu'z he checked it online.

Yeah, I was just being paranoid, hehe...

As long as they cashed the check, you're fine! you know its at CSC and the NOA1 is coming! The time it takes to get things from there varies so much! Just relax :) ((don't worry, i was the EXACT same as you waiting for NOA1!!)) If you need anything just send me a message!

You might want to go to your timeline and see the timelines that are similar to yours. That way, you can see how other peoples' cases are progressing and it will help ease your nerves a little to see that you aren't the only one waiting for whatever the next step is :-)

You might want to go to your timeline and see the timelines that are similar to yours. That way, you can see how other peoples' cases are progressing and it will help ease your nerves a little to see that you aren't the only one waiting for whatever the next step is :-)
