HI everyone, Im making a little scheduling and looking for faster route...

After we receive NOA2 approval, my fiance will scan it and send it to me via email and I'm gonna print it out. He then gonna call NVC (how longa fter receiving NOA2 hardcopy?) to get my MNL#. after which I'm going to go for the Medical Exam at SLMC with all the requirements..

Do we have to wait for the Packet 3 from USEM? or I can start working on the forms since I have most of the documents already. I was thinking of downloading ALL the forms from the website, but I dunno where to get the checklist form, where can we avail of it?

After which Im gonna fax them..

I was researching and came across faxing documents since I think its gonna be faster instead of mailing...Is it advisable to fax the Checklist (from packet 3) and also the Part I of 230 (hmm OF?DS?)

How about handcarry? where can i handcarry it since i'll be in manila anyway...

and then download again the rest of the forms for packet 4 right?

and wait for the interview.. we are hoping to get the soonest available interview date..ar they going to be the one to schedule? or can we pick a date? thanks sooo much! :star::star::star:

YES you can with the case number and the NOA2

Do we have to wait for the Packet 3 from USEM? or I can start working on the forms since I have most of the documents already. I was thinking of downloading ALL the forms from the website, but I dunno where to get the checklist form, where can we avail of it? I put the link for the package below. Use that. Download the forms and fill them out. No need to fax them to the USEM. You need to handcarry them to the USEM when you go for your interview.

After which Im gonna fax them..

I was researching and came across faxing documents since I think its gonna be faster instead of mailing...Is it advisable to fax the Checklist (from packet 3) and also the Part I of 230 (hmm OF?DS?) :whistle:Form DS 230 is not used for a K1 visa. See the link below.

Go to this link and it will explain what forms you need. USEM only has one package and this is the link for that package.
