Hello Friends,

If anyone is in the process of filing for spouse in India... if you can go through DCF. It is quick and painless. I myself went through K-3 and almost close to a year to be with my husband.

well my cousin got married on Jan 03 2009 in India. She stayed in India from October 2008 to Feb 2009. She applied the last week of Feb and their interview is on April ... a month and half later. No worries No nothing.........

I know it is hard to stay 3 months due to work and other commitments but it is just awesome to be able to unite with your loved one within 2 months.......... WISH THE PROCESS WAS LIKE THIS ALL OVER.

One question I had is the residency requirement, is it only 90 days and if so where does it state that I didn't see it on the new delhi website. My friend was really interested in dcf, and is getting married next month and it will 3 months for him. Thanks
