Problem with IV Bill Payment?

Hi,

We received email advising that our DS3032 agent was accepted by NVC. They also said they would send bill to petitioner. When on went on to the website just after. My AOS bill had changed to Status of Paid. So I printed coversheet. Then I noticed that I could pay the IV Bill, so I did. The date of this payment is 31 Mar 09. This was done the morning of 31 March 09 USA time. Then late that night the IV Bill was sent to petitioner via email - it is dated 31 Mar 09. So I went to the website to check if the IV Bill payment status had changed from IN process. But it said 'Not Paid'.

Is there a problem because we paid the IV Bill a few hours before the actual Bill was paid? I have transaction numbers for the IV Bill Payment and copy of receipt screen but the Status now says 'NOT PAID".

You are OK. It is due to you made payment without IV generated by NVC. Wait couple of days, it will show paid.
