k3 issue

Why wouldnt they reschedule the interview? Is there no way to make it to the original interview? How important is the k3? Will you guys mind waiting for the cr1 interview?

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive,and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

there`s no way my cr1 visa will make bcs stiil in nvc maybe for 30 days atleast don`t know what to do

So, you were trying to flip the k3 interview but needed to delay to give time for the cr1 to reach the consulate?

If thats the case and they wont let you, I dont think you have much choice other than to either go to the k3 interview and then wait for the cr1 and interview again, or just cancel the k3 interview and wait for the cr1.

I would do both. I think your wife will have to do it though, since she is the applicant. Maybe she can call and you can follow up with an email.

that`s exactly what i`m gonna do ,let her send e mail and call them because go for k3 and wait for cr1 doesn`t sound right but :thumbs: anyway ths both of you guys for advice

i tried to reschedule my wife k3 interview from 13 april to 15 may and they didn`t accept my request now i`m thinking to cancel it and wait for cr1 what do you think guys?

SMART MOVE going with the CR-! Wish I had done so. Adjusting status can cost you a LOT of time and money. Plus more stress!

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!
