If I remember correctly, I read that USEM website only updates once per month, in the middle of the month at that. If you want to make certain, call them.

I saw this on another site.

"The NVC Automated Phone Service says my petition has not been received. What's going on?

Those that will be applying for a K visa after approval of an I-129F are not able to use the NVC Automated Phone Service. These petitions in general are only at NVC for a relatively short period and as such information is not entered into the automated system. You will need to speak to operator. "

Hope it helps!

I never would have believed my journey to happiness would begin with something called an "I-129F"

03/19/09 - I-129F Sent

03/20/09 - NOA1 (rec'd harcopy 3/26/09)

03/24/09 - Check cleared

03/25/09 - Touched

8/12/09 - Touched (4 hours before NOA2 email)

8/12/09 - NOA2 email received

***Received email at noon (Weds)

***USCIS site did update with the status

***Was 113 on Berkeley list; 156 on VJ list

Exact quote from the USEM website

If you have an interview date, but no time is indicated on your appointment letter, you should plan to appear at the Embassy at 7:30 a.m. on the date of your appointment. The database or listing is updated in the middle of each month. If you do not see an appointment date, check back after one month. Usually, this site carries appointment dates three (3) months out.

Or click here and read it straight from the site:

Hi! When is your appointment for the interview? Your documents might still be at the NVC and has not been forwarded yet to USEM. Once they forward all your documents, give them about a week and check it again on the USEM website. Try calling NVC to know the date when they sent the docs. Hope this helps :)
