Oo buntis!.. nag aayos ako ngayon ng mga papers ko. mamaya bibili ako ng mga paper clips. di daw kasi advisable ang fastener. Tama ba naman ito... ninenerbyos ako ng sobra.. Pero tandaan mo sinabi ko sayo.. kapag bigla akong nawala dito sa VJ, isa lang ibig sabihin nun.. hahahahaha! :D

Daughter Bri had interview Monday (May/4/09). Missing her US Bio Father's "original" US Citizenship document (notarized copy inadequate) and a photo showing biological father with baby and Ever. Bio Father is FedEx-ing document and also getting old photo.

Ever had her medical exam Monday and shots on Tuesday (May 5, 2009).

Still planning for interview May 11th. Looks like the only one from this group. Good luck on the 7th!!

Day 2 of Exam was BAD NEWS DAY. "Spot on Xray" = 3 days of sputum examination and canceling of Monday May 11th interview until an unknown time in the future....so close and yet so far. Everything was going so well for us and then this in the end. Will report more next week. (Prayers Please)

Anabelle attended her first day at St. Lukes with me on March 6. She has not been able to return for her vaccinations as she had a positive pregnancy test on March 29. She had a very long and difficult day at the US Embassy today. Her spousal visa has been denied. We'll have many more documents to file, fees to pay and months (perhaps years) to wait before we may be able to file again. It may not be worth it as I'm hoping to retire early and move to the PI to be with her and our new family. Unless she's able to find a way to work in Canada, we'll have to settle on a few visits per year (only 2 weeks vacation). I hope that your experiences at the US Embassy are much better than what my wife went through. She was crying, very emotional and even expressed having some suicidal thoughts. I hope that your wives and fiancees never have to go through this!

03-13-2009 - I-864 complete, still reviewing the DS230

03-19-2009 - Under NVC final review, the operator told me that i need to redo my DS230

03-23-2009 - CASE COMPLETE!!!

03-25-2009 - GOT A MAY 7 INTERVIEW!!!

03-26-2009 - received appointment letter from NVC through email

03-31-2009 - 1st day Medical

04-01-2009 - 2nd day Medical. PASSED!

04-02-2009 - NVC sent docs to USEM

05-07-2009 - USEM Interview.. VISA APPROVED!!!

05-12-2009 - Finally got my VISA!!!

09-06-2007 - Sent the I-130

01-02-2008 - Recieved NOA1

05-01-2008 - NOA2 approved!

05-09-2008 - Recieved hard copy of NOA2

05-16-2008 - Recieved the AOS Fee Bill with Manila Case number

05-18-2008 - Sent Choice of Agent via email

07-29-2008 - Recieved IV bill from the mail

09-10-2008 - Paid the I864 bill and IV bill
