Packet 3 - What to send back

I tried visiting the Laos Embassy site but it didn't give me this info:

When my finacee received packet 3 of list of items to collect

what does she send back right away? and does those documents have to be signed or unsigned?

What items can she bring to the interview?

Also is a 5mmx5mm pictures on some document the same as a passport pictures sizes?

I wanted to get it ready for her when Packet 3 comes. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks. I didn't see one for Laos. So I wasn't sure exactly what to send back. Some countries list just DS230 part 1 unsign and other list all forms and documents .

yeah i didn't see it either, though maybe you'd be able to find it. i'd make sure that you have the right consulate for processing K1's for a start.

as an example, you could look at other consulates to get an idea. but you really need the laos info. i'm sure someone else should be able to help, hmm..
