OK this is getting weirder by the minute.

So i got a packet 3 in the post a week or so ago, and my fiance has now received a form AR11 in the post.

Is this normal procedure?

She has had NOA2 sent to her home address and like i mentioned i have recieved packet 3 , so anyone have any thoughts on this?

That is weird. Did you contact the embassy to see what's up?

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

The weird thing is that i am in the process of sending off my packet 3 documents and the USCIS are sending a change of address form to my US fiance, as if they are under the impression

that i am ALREADY an alien immigrant living in the US!

Ok so i just got a reply back from our lawyer with reference to this (before you say it we were very naive before we found VJ)

Anyway this is his reply

'AR11 is a change of address form. US citizens are not required to file this form. Any notice that gets sent back to USCIS results in a AR11 being sent out. Their notices cannot be forwarded. Chances are she received it because she changed her address. If that's the case she can disregard the notice. '

I am still not clear as to why she has received an AR11, she hasnt moved and she received NOA1 and NOA2 at her current address with no problems, so i am still puzzled.
