does the restraining order can affect during background check? when removing conditional residency greencard

Not usually - not in and of itself anyway - Protective/Restraining Order is not a crime. Little more information might be helpful to you though.

I think you are talking about getting a restraining order on someone else... to keep your husband from you. You should get a restraining order only as a last resort - get one on someone that is truly without a doubt violent, someone whom you know will kick your butt in a heartbeat. Don't get a restraining order just to keep the person from visiting you or calling you or even someone who in the heat of an argument throws out what you honestly know are harmless threats - this is a low and dirty thing to do to someone. Why? Because it can seriously affect one's life for years to come, because it establishes a record. I'm not sure how long the record lasts, but it is out there. My brother, who didn't deserve a restraining order, couldn't get the job he was offered after they conducted a background check.

Also, do not get a restraining order on any falsehood.... like when someone tells you to get one purely for the purpose of establishing a fake case of abuse or whatever so you can present to immigration authorities later. If immigration sees through your attempt, it will harm your own case (they aren't stupid!!!!!).

Life..... Nobody gets out alive.

Simply NO, Restraining orders are court orders and they are not punishments, you should be fine. However, if you have an arrest and pending charges, i would investigate further

I WILL SAY IT LIKE IT IS, DO NOT TAKE MY COMMENTS PERSONALLY
