I have 2 q for u guys:

First,I just got my work authorization,that I understand I have to renew it next year within 90 days before expiration date.How do I do that?Do I need to pay again?

And I've seen on the timelines that it says:fbi checked"what that means?FBI check us while aos pending?what do they check?that we are married? :wacko:

1) You file another I-751 (I-765) with a copy of I-485 receipt letter to renew the EAD, unless you already have green-card then NO EAD Needed.

2) Routine name checks happen at all stages of immigrations, FBI Check is S.O.P.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

Standard Operating Procedures

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.
