I filied for a permenent green card and had my new fingerprints taken its been about 4 months.i just recived a letter saying my case has been moved from vermont to califorina proccesing center I still live in new jersey can anyone explain why the letter doesnt explain.

Load balancing. VSC is backlogged, CSC is NOT.

Note you have always been an LPR Lawful PERMANENT Resident, just one with conditions attached.
