biometrics appointment are scheduled by the local ASC not by the service center... speed of appointments is mostly a direct result on how busy you particular ASC is.

You can look at the other people who have filed at Vermont in the timeline thread here http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...t&p=2790385

and see that others have not got Biometrics yet, it's only been 20 days since you got your NOA so please just hang on for another couple of weeks and the bio appt letter will show up. As said above, the bio appt is a function of how busy the application service center closest to you is.

Hi Mena,

There is no direct phone number to Vermont anymore (believe me, I've tried calling the "vermont number" mentioned, which was "out of service"). Instead, you just have to go through the "national mis-information" line that you called before and hope to get an answer from them there.

As for biometrics, my timeline for the I-751 is as follows:

Date Filed :2008-08-18

NOA Date :2008-08-22

Bio. Appt. :2008-09-24 (Walk-In Biometrics) (Original Appt Date 10/02/08)

Hang in there, and dont worry, as you'll get your biometrics letter soon!
