Hi, my wife and I have an interview date for April 17th but we still have not recieved the interview package that NVC said they were going to send us. I have called about it twice now. I just called back today and they said that they are going to email the package to us. I verified both of our email addresses and NVC has them correct on the system but we never recieved the email.

I changed my email to try another address, in case my main email address was blocking it but I have no NVC related emails in my blacklist and my wife never recieved the email that they said they sent either.

Have any of you had this problem? Got any solutions? Our interview date is looming in a little over 2 weeks and we would like to get the medical exam out of the way.

Can those of you who got an email like that, tell me what the address is so that I can add it to my white list? Thank you much!

I think you can go to the Embassy/Consulate and pick up a copy. The medical forms are blank, you could print your own, but sometimes you need the Invitation Letter to get the medical exam. Good Luck, Mike & Yizhen

The Embassy in Bogota put the packets online, due to problems with local postal delivery. Check the website for the Embassy in Peru and see if they have done the same.

We got our Visa Email to both my husband and my email address. I think this was because we submitted the Choice of Agent via email because that is the only way I can think they got it. If you didn't give them your email address on any forms than they probably didn't email it to you. Check the spam box also.

The email we got came from NVC Inquiry <NVCInquiry@state.gov>. You can email or call the Embassy in Lima. However, I don't recommend you email as I have emailed them twice and did not get satisfactory results. You can only call between 2-3 for immigrant visas.

The embassy won't send you any packages. The only thing you will receive is the email. I called the Embassy and varified this yesterday as our interview is in 2 days. http://lima.usembassy.gov/cons-contact.html Call them and tell them you did not receive the email. I think you can go and pick it up and then schedule your medical. Do this ASAP as it takes two days at least for the medical exam, maybe more depending on the results. Also, my husband highly recommends Dr. Nora Lari as she is professional and charges a fair price. Good Luck!!

Call the Consulate in Peru.... 434-3000 YOU MUST CALL BETWEEN 2 and 3pm. They will not help you outside of this time. You can go pick up a packet if you are able.
