It says to make sure to sign and date all supplements to the forms, is this true with the evidence too? Should I sign and date each copy?

What says? I signed and dated only the forms and statements (eg the statement of intent).

We signed/dated everything - not sure if it is compeletely necessary but we thought it was better to sign all than forget something that we were suppose to sign!

We only dated our pictures, didn't sign anything but you can sign and date everything-I am sure it won't make any problem...
